I am a certified professional and executive coach with over a decade of experience in Human Resources and coaching. I hold an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology, specializing in Career Counseling and Psychometric Testing. My passion lies in helping people reach their full potential, whether they’re dealing with mental health issues, stress, self-doubt, or fears. I also offer student counseling to help students manage academic stress and personal growth.
My coaching style is integrative, blending practical strategies with emotional and mental insights to empower my clients. Over the past five years, my practice has grown through word-of-mouth referrals, and I’m now expanding my services to include corporate and student counseling. I’m here to support you every step of the way as you unlock your true potential.
